Our Services

Goodwill offers the following services at all 17 Career Solutions Centers.

Assessments: participants take an online assessment to determine interests and abilities

Job Readiness Class:  participants learn how to create a resume, how to apply for jobs, how to effectively interview for a job and how to retain employment

One-on-One Counseling:  each participant meets with a counselor to discuss skills, abilities, barriers and other needs to be successful in the job search process and together they develop a career plan. The participant and counselor remain in contact at least weekly during the job search and at least monthly after the participant is working.
